Alexandru has forty years in capital markets and knows the institutional players across Romania and Europe. Charles spent his career in European institutional finance, with time in Luxembourg, Malta, and Romania. Together, they serve as the single point of coordination, a financial concierge, for families whose wealth spans businesses, borders, and generations.
We represent your interests within the scope agreed with you. Our fees and any third-party remuneration are disclosed before signing and recorded in the relevant contracts.

Alexandru Elian
Alexandru's professional background includes portfolio strategy and public equity markets. At Elian Partners, he analyses ownership and asset structures, helps organise the family's information and coordinates discussions with its advisers.
His experience includes trading on the London Metal Exchange through a member firm. Senior positions in institutional brokerage, asset management, and wealth advisory firms across Romania and internationally, including Exante, Webo, Transilvania Capital, Blue Rock Financial Services, and Delta Valori Mobiliare. Involved in landmark Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) listings and major SIF (Financial Investment Companies) shareholder situations. Often quoted in Ziarul Bursa on market structure, financial education, and macroeconomics.

Charles Elian
Charles's professional background includes private equity, investment fund structuring, bond issuance, Web3 and portfolio analysis. At Elian Partners, he analyses financial structures, carries out factual due diligence and coordinates specialist input under the agreed mandate.
A decade in institutional capital markets, with experience at Alter Domus Fund Services (Luxembourg), iMaps Capital Markets (Malta), and Romanian brokerage. His professional experience includes cross-border bond issuance, private credit structuring, fund administration, institutional sales, due diligence and regulatory compliance across EU jurisdictions. Working knowledge of MiFID II, AIFMD2, and EU securitisation frameworks.
At Elian Partners, both founders organise information about the family's affairs, analyse ownership and financial structures, and coordinate the work of specialists. Their responsibilities are set out in the agreed mandate. Personalised investment recommendations and investment decisions under a discretionary mandate belong within a separate engagement with the appropriate authorised provider.
Where a founder participates in delivering regulated investment services, they do so in their capacity at the authorised entity, separately from the Elian Partners mandate.
